Boni Zsuzsánna

life and relationship coach, psychologist

Boni Zsuzsánna is a life and relationship coach, psychologist, and adult education specialist. At the heart of her work is conscious self-leadership: the ability to shape our decisions with clarity and responsibility, step out of old patterns, and move beyond emotional autopilot.

Her approach is both human-centered and practical. She works with an ontological coaching perspective and supports individuals and couples in turning self-awareness into concrete steps, and blocks into lasting, livable change. Her motto is: Create your life and love what you create. Her topics include building self-confidence through competence, recognizing the inner critical voice, navigating decision-making situations, and relationship communication, as well as playful self-awareness sessions for children and teenagers.
