Fülöp Réka
psychologist, integrative touch therapist, self-awareness group facilitator
Fülöp Réka is a psychologist who supports people on their self-discovery journey through the lens of integral psychology. She works in one-to-one sessions and facilitates womens and mens self-awareness groups, groups exploring intimacy and birth, as well as womens circles and ceremonial spaces.
Her work focuses on femininity, partnership, intimacy, and a deeper relationship with the bodyalongside the earliest chapters of life: the prenatal period, the birth experience, and childhood. She believes our earliest imprintsoften held beyond wordsshape how we relate, how we value ourselves, and how we function emotionally and somatically.
She draws on approaches such as Integrative Touch Therapy, family and systemic constellations, bodywork, psychodrama, couples mediation, and doula support. These methods help uncover deeper, unconscious blocks and support the release and integration of body-held memories.
Through her professional trainings in Integrative Touch Therapy, she also supports other helping professionals who want to work more consciously and skillfully with the body and with touch, within a safe and ethical framework.
For her, self-development is not only about personal growth and becoming aware of family patternsit also includes deeper inner and spiritual processes that widen the perspective of the journey. Her intention is to help people experience deeper connection and intimacywith themselves and with othersbringing harmony between body, emotions, and inner wisdom.
