MAGYAROSI Bella

activist chef

A activist chef who spent seven years exploring the world across different regions of Europe, Iceland and Asia. This journey was not only geographical, but also an inner one: a process of discovery, learning and deepening.

Along the way, he worked, learned and served, getting to know places through landscapes, food and people. For him, cooking is not merely a technique, but a practice of attention and patience a cycle in which time and ingredients each have their own place and rhythm.

Returning to where he began, he consciously reconnects with the diversity and biodiversity of which he is a part.

His calling is to deepen the relationship between people and the land through food by honoring ingredients, allowing slowness, and revealing the stories behind flavors.

At Everness Transilvania, he brings this approach to life through a gastronomic presence where food becomes a meeting point between nature, people and community.
