Szilveszter Csaba
Mental Health Practitioner
My name is Szilveszter Csaba, and I currently work in the social sector, striving to make children's everyday lives more joyful, colorful, and meaningful. Alongside this, as a mental health practitioner, I facilitate individual conversations and group workshops for adults.
My experience has shown me that, beyond mindful awareness, the deepest self-discovery does not necessarily come through struggle or hardship. Some of the most meaningful breakthroughs emerge through childlike curiosity, wonder, exploration, and the freedom of play.
In my workshops, we learn through play how to pay attentionto ourselves and to the world around us. Through this process, greater presence, inner coherence, and the feeling that everything is okay can gradually come to the forefront.
For me, the greatest success is witnessing participantswhether children or adultsarrive back to themselves. As this happens, tension and anxiety give way to consciously experienced joy, calmness, and presence.
The present moment is always alive, vibrant, and complete. When we learn to return to it and live from it, we too become more alive, present, and whole.

Playful exercises for experiencing attention, presence, and connection.
This playful session helps children connect with themselves and others through movement, attention-based games, and shared experiences. The activities support presence, cooperation, creativity, and emotional safety in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Children also experience situations that can lead to stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. In this interactive workshop, they will learn simple and playful techniques to relax, self-regulate, and reconnect with their bodies and emotions. Through movement, games, and positive experiences, participants will develop a greater sense of safety, confidence, and emotional well-being.
