What is worth rethinking about health, illness, and treatment?
Movement has been one of the most natural forms of connection since time immemorial. This session provides a space for participants to connect more deeply with themselves and one another through rhythm, mindfulness, and shared experience. It is not about performance, but about the experience itself, freedom, and the joy of movement.

One of the greatest paradoxes of the modern world is that while we own more than ever before, many of us still live with increasing feelings of emptiness, tension, and exhaustion. Overconsumption affects not only the environment and our economic systems, but also our mental well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life.
This talk invites participants to look differently at consumer culture, the constant pressure for more, and the possibility of returning to a more conscious, balanced, and sustainable way of living. It is not about deprivation, but about reconnecting with real values, balance, and a more livable future.
This talk explores essential questions that shape the way we participate in traffic and movement every day. It looks at what it really means to be in traffic, the role of decision-making ability, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for safe and conscious participation. The session also offers a practical perspective on how to do this well and what core principles can guide us in everyday situations.
This talk explores how courage, authenticity, and strategic thinking come together in the life of a woman entrepreneur. It offers an inspiring and practical perspective on how to build your own path while staying true to yourself.
The talk Blind Love, Conscious Love explores the theme of love through transgenerational patterns known from family constellations, moving from the loyal attachments of the childs inner conscience to the emotional loneliness of the modern self.
The presentation opens up questions and reflections such as: How do we move forward when we feel there is nowhere left to go? What did love and relationships mean in the past, and what do they mean to us today? How does our experience of love change throughout life? What does receiving love mean for a small child, and what does it mean for an adult? How is love perceived when it comes from a mature level of awareness, and what kinds of everyday conflicts can this create in our relationships and lives?
What happens when someone leaves behind the predictable path and steps into an entirely new direction? Through his personal journey, Szabolcs Gergely shares the inner and outer processes behind career change, risk-taking, and the search for freedom.
His path from mechanical engineering to investing, stocks, crypto, and YouTube content creation is not only about professional transformation, but also about self-awareness, courage, and conscious decision-making. An honest and inspiring talk for anyone who feels called toward something new even when the first step feels uncertain.
Climate change is often discussed mainly as an environmental issue, yet its effects are already deeply connected to our health, lifestyle, and everyday choices. Modern humans are living under ecological, physical, and mental overload at the same time and these processes increasingly reinforce one another.
In this talk, Hajdu Zoltán explores the connection between the climate crisis, nutrition, stress, health, and modern lifestyle, while also reflecting on the individual and collective changes needed to create a healthier and more sustainable future.
The body and nervous system are in constant connection. Stress, overload, and our mental state affect not only our emotional well-being, but also digestion, energy levels, and performance. This talk offers an accessible insight into how mental and physical health work together as one interconnected system.
Not for Everyone is a production born on the axis between southern Spain and Transylvania, exploring the duality of good and evil, self and other, mind and body. Paco Alfonsins solo performance is a stage and movement adaptation of Italo Calvinos short stroy The Cloven Viscount or, as Paco calls it, a stage poem. The piece unfolds through a highly visual and physical stage language, where literature, movement, and inner human tensions meet. A sensitive and distinctive performance world that brings us closer to questions of division, duality, and the encounter with oneself.

DJ Mentha was born in Târgu Mureș. Before performing under his current name, he played under the alias Jómagam and other names alongside G, KübBeat, DJ Pont, and DJ Móresh. Together with Blacky, he was a familiar face at the local parties of the time. Since the days of the Félsziget Festival, he has appeared less frequently in the region, becoming a wedding DJ in Hungary's Danube Bend. At Everness Transylvania, he returns with a fresh set, bringing both new tracks and old favorites back out of the hat.

On interactive conversation about masculinity, relationships, and conscious presence
Many men today feel that old models no longer work as they once did, while new ones are not yet fully clear. Relationships, roles, and expectations are changing, making the question increasingly relevant: how can we show up as men in a grounded, authentic, and mature way?
What does it mean to be a man today without becoming either rigid or uncertain? How can we access our strength without disconnecting from our emotions? What is the place of masculine direction, responsibility, and action, and how can these be integrated with openness, sensitivity, and relational presence?
This interactive gathering creates space for reflection and dialogue around masculinity, relationships, awareness, and inner integration. Rather than offering fixed answers, it aims to share perspectives, experiences, and practical insights that may support participants on their own journey.
Men together, supporting one another towards a more conscious, authentic, and connected way of living.
