Everyone has an inner voice that can sometimes be supportive, but at other times overly critical or strict. This playful session helps children recognize that inner voice and relate to it in a creative and safe way.
Through movement, games, and expressive activities, children can explore how to respond to themselves with greater kindness and self-acceptance
The Level Up Team welcomes children aged 6 to 15 to boardgame activities where play means not only fun, but also development.
Through thematic games, children naturally improve their logic, memory, communication, and fine motor skills. Special emphasis is placed on cooperative games, which strengthen teamwork and the sense of community.
