Drawing on the principles of connected parenting, this talk offers a deeper understanding of what lies beneath emotional outbursts and provides practical tools for navigating these moments with empathy and confidence.

We present a formula that works, using Romanian as an example. We would say its mainly aimed at students, but in fact its for anyone who is curious about how to learn more easily.

In this interactive session, well explore how to stand up for yourself, set healthy boundaries, and express your needs without guilt. Through discussions, practical exercises, and real-life situations, participants will discover that saying no is not selfishits an important part of self-respect and authenticity.
