Garda Ildikó
psychologist, graphologist, psychodrama assistant, self-awareness group facilitator
Born in Transylvania, she learned early on to pay close attentionnot just to people, but to what lives beneath the surface: the silences, the pauses, the stories that arent spoken out loud. From there, she went on to build her professional path in Hungary and in international settings.
For over 18 years, she has been facilitating self-awareness groups, and since 2014 she has been part of the festival scene. Her interactive, movement-based workshops go beyond talking about consciousness and presencethey make it tangible, through the body, emotional attunement, and real human connection.
She believes awareness isnt a privilege; its a possibility. That emotional maturity can be learned. And that true, lasting change becomes possible when people are held in a safe and supportive space.
What matters most to her is bringing home what she has gathered over the yearsexperience, insight, and practical toolsand contributing to a richer culture of connection and relational awareness within the Transylvanian community.
In her workshops, she creates room for participants to reconnect with themselvesand, if they choose, to meet others more honestly too. Because real change always starts with a genuine connection.

The Spiral Walking Ceremony is an ancient symbolic journey that supports the process of letting go, turning inward, and embracing new beginnings. The ceremony offers an opportunity to consciously connect with what we are ready to release, complete, or transform, while creating space for something new to emerge.
A supportive and meaningful group experience built around presence, intention, and the power of inner transformation.
