Music, movement, and nature have accompanied him throughout his life. A deep personal crisis led him to the path of yoga, which helped him reconnect with himself. Through personal experience, he understands that difficult periods in life require real anchors and meaningful support. Today, he guides others on that same journey.
He has been practicing yoga for nine years and teaches various styles, including Spine Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. He organizes sound baths, live music yoga sessions, and nature-based Yoga Hikes. He is also the drummer of the mantra music group Mahesh Barátai.
