Connecting Masculine and Feminine Qualities
Workshop for Women and Men

On interactive conversation about masculinity, relationships, and conscious presence
Many men today feel that old models no longer work as they once did, while new ones are not yet fully clear. Relationships, roles, and expectations are changing, making the question increasingly relevant: how can we show up as men in a grounded, authentic, and mature way?
What does it mean to be a man today without becoming either rigid or uncertain? How can we access our strength without disconnecting from our emotions? What is the place of masculine direction, responsibility, and action, and how can these be integrated with openness, sensitivity, and relational presence?
This interactive gathering creates space for reflection and dialogue around masculinity, relationships, awareness, and inner integration. Rather than offering fixed answers, it aims to share perspectives, experiences, and practical insights that may support participants on their own journey.
Men together, supporting one another towards a more conscious, authentic, and connected way of living.
