Dr. Hajdú Mariann

Bodyway group facilitator, art and sociotherapist, yoga instructor, and environmental law specialist

In her work, she combines body awareness, creativity, and the power of inner imagery with the elements of the Bodyway method. Personal, transgenerational, and spiritual dimensions all play an important role in her approach. In recent years, her attention has increasingly turned toward nature, ancient rituals, and the teachings of plants.

Her own ongoing journey of self-exploration has helped her develop a deeper understanding of the people she works with. Her perspective has been shaped by bodywork, psychodrama, family constellations, symbol drama, yoga, and the integral approach.

Her work in art therapy began in California with the founding of Polaris Art Studio, while her experiences in movement and dance therapy eventually led her to the non-dual Bodyway method. She believes in the meeting point between modern therapeutic knowledge and the traditions of ancient nature-based cultures.

The Transylvanian location holds special significance for her because of her mothers Székely roots and her deep connection to her ancestors and heritage.
