Halász Péter

Mentor, organizational development consultant, Bodyway group facilitator assistant, and labyrinth facilitator

Péter began leading mens groups and offering individual mentoring in 2006, and over the past two decades this has become his personal mission: recognizing and supporting authentic masculine values through simplicity, mentorship, and experiential learning within the Mentorformen community. Drawing inspiration from the traditions of various indigenous cultures especially the Blackfoot people he facilitates transformative rituals and initiatory experiences for both men and mixed groups.

Five years after discovering and introducing the labyrinth as a self-awareness method in Hungary, he became the first Hungarian internationally certified labyrinth facilitator through the American organization Veriditas in 2010. Since then, he has guided hundreds of labyrinth walks for groups, small organizations, and individuals in therapeutic settings. He also trains labyrinth facilitators and leads personalized ceremonies within the labyrinth, including weddings and reconciliation rituals.

Originally trained as an economist, he has more than 20 years of senior HR leadership experience, including the last 12 years in international environments abroad. His professional background is enriched by a Master-level qualification in Gestalt organizational development (UK), Bodyway group facilitation training (HU), Mindfulness practice (USA), certification in Nonviolent Communication training (HU), and several other internationally focused studies centered on personal and relational development.
