Tomek Noémi

Noémi Tomek is one of Hungarys best-known teachers of the ThetaHealing technique and an international instructor holding the highest level of certification in the method. So far, she has shared this self-awareness and consciousness-expanding tool with more than 2,000 students, and it remains a defining foundation of her work to this day.

Originally a media and PR professional, she left her senior executive position more than 10 years ago to dedicate her life to sharing knowledge and supporting others. She studied phototherapy, immersed herself in the teachings of an Indian master, and later became a coach, trainer, and master trainer. Since 2015, she has been building conscious communities, and for her, learning always goes hand in hand with passing knowledge on: whatever she discovers, she immediately transforms into a shared community experience.

She teaches both online and offline, and nearly one hundred thousand people have participated in her meditations over the past decade. She regularly leads workshops and retreats in Hungary, as well as spiritual journeys to Bali and Nepal. Since 2019, she has been producing free public audio content on the Örömvilág podcast channel.

Two of her self-awareness books have been published in Hungarian: Ébresztő (2023) and Sorsfordító (2025).

She founded the Örömvilág Consciousness Center in 2020 as an inclusive space where helpers and teachers working at a high professional standard collaborate in partnership.

At Everness Erdély, she brings an approach and experience in which consciousness is not theory, but lived practice: in community, with presence, supporting one another.
