The energy treatment is based on supporting and harmonizing the balance of body, mind, and soul.
There are moments in life when we feel that something is no longer working, yet it is still difficult to move toward a new direction. Change can bring uncertainty, fear, or inner blocks, even when deep inside we long to live more authentically and with greater inner stability.
This workshop supports you in slowing down, becoming more aware of your inner processes, and reconnecting with the inner resources that already exist within you.
Through self-awareness, presence, and connection-based practices, we will work with themes such as letting go, self-confidence, new beginnings, and inner stability. The workshop closes with an Újrahangolás active meditation.
